Terms of use

These terms cover your use of this website. Afritrust Investment Limited, 76A Adeniyi Jones Avenue, Ogba Road, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria, publishes it. By using the site you accept what is set out below. If you do not, please do not use it.

Nothing on this site is an offer

This website describes what Afritrust does. It does not offer you finance, and nothing on it commits us to providing any. Every facility depends on an assessment of the asset, of your circumstances and of your ability to repay, and none exists until both sides have signed a written agreement.

We may decline an enquiry or an application. Turning down an arrangement you could not carry is part of the job, as the rest of this site says. Making an enquiry costs you nothing and commits you to nothing.

It is not advice

Nothing here is financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it is not a recommendation that any particular arrangement is right for you or for your business. Whether financing an asset makes sense depends on facts about you that this website does not know. Take your own advice before you commit.

The savings calculator

Every figure the calculator uses is one you typed into it. We do not supply the cost of your fuel, the size of your generator, or what you could pay each month — you do, and the arithmetic simply adds up what you entered.

An estimate based only on the figures you entered, for comparison. It is not a quote and not an offer. What you actually pay depends on the system you choose and the terms we agree.

Those figures stay in your browser. They are not sent to us, as the privacy notice explains.

Any figures shown

Any figures shown on this site are estimates for comparison only. They are not a quote and not an offer. All financing is subject to assessment and to the terms of your agreement.

The agreement itself

If an enquiry becomes a facility, the terms that govern it — what you pay, when you pay it, what happens if you do not, and what happens at the end — are set out in the agreement and the documents issued with it. They are not on this website, and nothing on this website varies them. You will see every figure in writing, and have the chance to take advice on it, before anything is signed.

Keeping the site available and correct

We take care to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or always reachable. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. If you spot something wrong, please tell us — the address is below.

What belongs to whom

The text, layout, design and the Afritrust name and mark on this site belong to Afritrust Investment Limited or to the people who licensed them to us. You may read the site, print a page for your own use, and share a link to it. Please do not copy or republish the content for commercial purposes, or use our name or mark to suggest a connection that does not exist.

The photographs are licensed from the libraries they came from. Two of them — the picture at the top of this site and the one beside our values — are licensed from Magnific, a Freepik Company website, whose free licence asks that the source be credited where the picture is used. This is that credit. The rest come from libraries that ask for none, and the full record of every file and its licence is kept with the site and available on request.

Links to other websites

Where we link to somewhere else, we do it because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what they contain or what they do with your information. Read their own terms and privacy notice.

What you send us

Please give us information that is accurate and that is yours to give. If you send us someone else’s details — a co-applicant or a guarantor, for example — please make sure they know, and that they are content for you to do it. Do not use our forms to send anything unlawful, and do not try to interfere with the site or with anyone else’s use of it.

Security notice

Afritrust will never ask you to pay a deposit, fee or repayment into a personal bank account, and will never ask for your banking passwords or one-time passwords. Every payment is made to a company account named in your agreement.

If anyone contacts you claiming to be Afritrust and asks for any of those things, it is not us. Call us on +234 802 351 4069 and check.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page. The version that applies is the one published here when you use the site, and the date below changes when the wording does. This version: 23 September 2026.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts decide any dispute about them or about this website.
